My strawberry jams

今年は鹿の被害もなく、イチゴが大豊作でした

Our strawberries were good harvest this year.
They hadn’t damage from deer.

これは15X15㎝の紙箱ですが毎日これいっぱいに収穫しました

I took strawberries like this picture every day.
Box is 15X15 cm.

食べきれないのでいつもすぐに冷凍します
朝のバナナジュースに少しずつ加えていましたが
流石に冷凍庫もいっぱいになってしまいジャムを作ることに

I freeze them as soon as I harvest.
It can keep them fresh.
I usually use them for frozen drink every morning.
But our freezer was full of strawberry stocks.
I was going to make jam.

4.5L鍋いっぱいのイチゴをジャムにしました
毎度のことですがジャムを作っている時の匂いって最高！

There were full of strawberries in 4.5L stew pot.
I love the smell of making jams.
手間がかかるし畑の面積を大量に使うので今年でイチゴ栽培は終わりと思ったけど
来年も頑張ろうかな〜
